Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- South Africa: 7–14 business days
- International / Rest of World: 10-20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
- South Africa: Standard shipping rates apply at checkout
- Rest of World: Free shipping on all international orders
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order online.
